摘要
半胱氨酸可以保持皮肤角蛋白中巯基酶的活性和补充巯基,保证皮肤的正常代谢。半胱氨酸对很多有害物质和毒素也都具有解毒作用。血浆中半胱氨酸含量的变化会导致肝损伤、牛皮癣、骨质疏松、老年痴呆症等症状。实现准确、快速、高选择性地检测半胱氨酸的含量,对生命科学研究以及临床诊断具有重要的作用。目前,测定半胱氨酸的方法主要包括毛细管电泳法、电化学方法、荧光光度方法和紫外可见分光光度方法、高效液相色谱方法、流动注射化学发光方法。
Cysteine maintains the activity of sulfhydryl enzymes in the production of skin keratin,and supplements sulfhydryl groups to maintain the normal metabolism of the skin.Cysteine in living organisms has a detoxification effect on many toxins and harmful substances.Changes in plasma cysteine levels can lead to symptoms such as liver damage,psoriasis,osteoporosis and alzheimer’s disease.Accurate,rapid and highly selective detection of cysteine content plays an important role in life science research and clinical diagnosis.The methods for the determination of cysteine mainly include capillary electrophoresis,electrochemical method,uv-visible spectrophotometry,fluorescence photometry,high performance liquid chromatography,and flow injection chemiluminescence method.
