摘要
BIM是提高设计质量与效率的重要信息技术,为研究城市轨道交通配线BIM设计技术,通过对轨道交通配线大量设计方案的系统分析,建立配线BIM数据模型,包括:刻画各单元自身设计信息的单元数据模型和描述单元间关联约束的单元关系模型;定制一系列配线BIM标准化模块,通过参数化设置实现模块化配线的快速设计;研发积木法配线设计技术,实现非标准化任意复杂配线的便捷设计;研究配线BIM三维自动建模与更新方法,实现所见即所设的复杂三维配线设计;基于上述模型与方法,在OpenRail Designer平台上研发了轨道交通BIM配线设计系统,并在南昌、武汉、苏州地铁设计中应用。该方法将传统二维配线布设提升为三维BIM设计,设计效率、方案展示、与相关专业的数据互用效果均有提升。
BIM(building information modeling) is an important information technology to improve design quality and efficiency. In order to study the BIM design technology of sidings, sidings data models for BIM are established by systematically analyzing a large number of rail transit sidings cases, which include the parameters model that describes the design information of each unit and the relationship model that illustrates the association constraints among units. A series of standardized sidings BIM modules are defined, and the rapid design of sidings are realized by simply adjusting the parameters of standardized sidings. A block building method is developed to implement fast design of complex and non-standardized sidings in practical engineering. The 3 D automatic modeling method of sidings BIM is studied and the real-time refresh of 3 D complex siding after design adjusting is achieved. Based on above models and methods, a BIM sidings design system for rail transit is developed on the OpenRail Designer platform and applied in designing Nanchang, Wuhan and Suzhou subways. Applications demonstrate that this method upgrades the traditional 2 D design to 3 D BIM and the efficiencies of sidings design, alternative show and report, data demonstration and interoperation with related specialties are also improved.
