摘要
随着新技术的发展、“新基建”的升级和新医改的深化,智慧医院建设被认为是未来医院发展的必由之路。本文对我国智慧医院的政策发展历程和实践发展情况进行了回顾,从智慧医疗、智慧服务、智慧管理三个维度总结了我国智慧医院建设成效,指出了未来智慧医院建设将继续围绕线上线下一体化、全面互联互通、数据驱动医疗、就医流程再造、新技术赋能五大趋势持续发展,以实现高质量的临床效果、满意的患者体验和高效率的医院管理。
With the development of new technologies,the upgrading of"new infrastructure"and the deepening of new healthcare reform,the construction of smart hospitals is considered to be the only way for future hospital development.This paper analyzes the policy development process and practice development of smart hospitals in China,and summarizes the achievements of smart hospital construction in China from the three dimensions of intelligent healthcare,intelligent service and intelligent management.In the future,the construction of smart hospital will continue to develop around the five trends of online and offline integration,comprehensive connectivity,data-driven medical care,medical treatment process reengineering,and new technology empowerment,so as to achieve high-quality clinical effect,satisfactory patient experience and efficient hospital management.
