摘要
目的探讨经皮静脉激光腔内闭合术应用于大隐静脉曲张的治疗效果。方法选取2018年11月至2019年11月因大隐静脉曲张在上海市浦东新区人民医院接受手术治疗的患者96例,按照数字表法随机均分为试验组(48例)和对照组(48例)。对照组采取高位结扎联合剥脱术,试验组采取经皮静脉激光腔内闭合术。比较两组治疗有关情况。结果两组患者治疗有效率(93.75%vs 87.50%)、治疗前VCSS评分[(9.57±1.48)vs(9.78±1.52)分],CIVIQ评分[(53.16±7.83)vs(52.67±8.03)分]、治疗后VCSS评分[(2.67±0.67)vs(2.89±0.92)分],CIVIQ评分[(75.21±13.54)vs(73.75±12.98)分]比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者术后6月复发率[(2.08%)vs(14.58%)]、治疗后VAS评分[(3.87±1.66)vs(6.46±2.37)分]、手术用时[(42.67±10.65)vs(76.38±14.74)min]、术中失血量[(75.67±21.76)vs(122.67±36.54)mL]、切口数[(2.15±0.67)vs(3.89±1.13)个]、恢复时间[(4.21±1.27)vs(7.67±2.78)d]、手术费用[(13436.26±1024.23)vs(9843.56±927.52)元]、术后并发症发生率(4.17%vs 18.75%)比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经皮静脉激光腔内闭合术可以有效治疗大隐静脉曲张,具有切口少、术中失血少等优点,能缩短手术及术后恢复时间,减轻患者术后疼痛反应,安全性高且可降低术后复发率,值得推荐使用。
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of percutaneous venous laser intracavitary closure applied to great saphenous varicose veins.Methods From November 2018 to November 2019,96 patients who underwent surgery in our department due to great saphenous varices were randomly divided into a test group(48 cases)and a control group(48 cases)according to the digital table method.The control group underwent high-level ligation combined with exfoliation,and the experimental group underwent percutaneous laser vein closure.Compare the treatment situation of the two groups.Results The treatment efficiency of the two groups of patients(93.75%vs 87.50%),VCSS score before treatment[(9.57±1.48)vs(9.78±1.52)points],CIVIQ score[(53.16±7.83)vs(52.67±8.03)points],VCSS score[(2.67±0.67)vs(2.89±0.92)points],CIVIQ score[(75.21±13.54)vs(73.75±12.98)points]after the treatment,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);6 months postoperative recurrence rate[(2.08%)vs(14.58%)],post-treatment VAS score[(3.87±1.66)vs(6.46±2.37)points],operation time[(42.67±10.65)vs(76.38±14.74)min],intraoperative blood loss[(75.67±21.76)vs(122.67±36.54)mL],number of incisions[(2.15±0.67)vs(3.89±1.13)],recovery time[(4.21±1.27)vs(7.67±2.78)d],surgery cost[(13436.26±1024.23)vs(9843.56±927.52)yuan],postoperative complication rate(4.17%vs 18.75%)comparison,The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Percutaneous venous laser intraluminal closure can effectively treat great saphenous varicose veins.It has the advantages of less incisions and less blood loss during operation.It can shorten the operation and postoperative recovery time,reduce the patient’s postoperative pain reaction,and has high safety and can reduce the operation,it is worth recommending.
