摘要
益肾化湿颗粒是一剂中药制剂,出自李杲《脾胃论》中的“升阳益胃汤”,包含有人参、黄芪、白术、茯苓和泽泻等十几种中药成分,整方具有升阳补脾、益肾化湿和利水消肿等功效。现代药理学研究发现益肾化湿颗粒具有较强的抗炎、抗凋亡、调节免疫以及抗氧化应激等药理作用。益肾化湿颗粒临床上主要用于治疗慢性肾小球肾炎(CGN),也可用于治疗糖尿病肾病(DN)、肾病综合征(NS)、膜性肾病(MN)、过敏性紫癜性肾炎(HSPN)、狼疮性肾炎(LN)、尿毒症和胡桃夹综合征(NCS)等肾脏疾病,能明显改善肾功能,并且取得了较好的效果。本文将对益肾化湿颗粒的药理机制及临床应用进行系统的梳理及阐述,以期为益肾化湿颗粒进一步的研究及临床应用提供参考。
Yishen Huashi Granules is a traditional Chinese medicine preparation,from Li Gao′s"Shengyang Yiwei Decoction"of Treatise On The Spleen And Stomach contains ginseng,astragalus membranaceus,Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae,poria cohoe and Alisma orientale(Sam.)Juzep and other more than 10 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine ingredients,the whole prescription has the effect of rising yang tonifying spleen,tonifying kidney and dampness,benefiting water and swelling.Modern pharmacological studies have found that Yishen Huashi Granules have strong anti-inflammatory,anti-apoptosis,immune regulation and anti-oxidative stress and other pharmacological effects.Kidney is wet particles is mainly used for clinical treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis(CGN),can also be used in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy(DN),nephrotic syndrome(NS),membranous nephropathy(MN),henoch-schnlein purpura nephritis(HSPN),with lupus nephritis(LN),uremia and nutcracker syndrome(NCS),and other kidney disease,can significantly improve renal function,and achieved a good effect.In this paper,the pharmacological mechanism and clinical application of Yishen Huashi Granules will be systematically combed and elaborated in order to provide reference for further research and clinical application of Yishen Huashi Granules.
