±800 kV特高压直流旁路开关地震易损性分析

摘要 特高压直流旁路开关是换流站中的关键设备,为评估某±800 kV特高压旁路开关的抗震性能,文中建立了旁路开关设备的有限元模型,并对其进行了动力特性和地震响应分析,确定设备抗震薄弱位置和关键响应,采用对数正态分布拟合旁路开关不同损伤状态下的易损性曲线。结果表明,旁路开关设备存在两处薄弱点,即支柱绝缘子根部、旁路开关顶部,相应的破坏模式分别为支柱绝缘子根部强度破坏与旁路开关顶部牵拉破坏。PGA大于0.2g时,旁路开关主要破坏模式为绝缘子根部破坏。支架对旁路开关地震响应有显著的放大作用,应采取措施降低支柱绝缘子根部应力响应及旁路开关顶部位移响应以提高其抗震性能。 The UHV direct current bypass switch is the key equipment in converter station.For assessing the seismic performance of a±800 kV direct current bypass switch,a finite element model of the bypass switch is set up in this paper,its dynamic characteristics and seismic performance are analyzed,the weak positions and key response of the equipment are determined.The logarithmic normal distribution is used to fit the vulnerability curve of the bypass switch under different damage conditions.The results show that the bypass switch has two weak points,the bottom of support insulator and the top of the bypass switch.The corresponding failure modes are strength failure at the bot⁃tom of support insulator and traction failure on top of the bypass switch.When PGA is higher than 0.2g,the main fail⁃ure mode of the bypass switch is the bottom failure of the insulator.The support has significant amplification function to the seismic response of the bypass switch.It is necessary to take measures to decrease the stress responses at the bottom of the support insulators and the displacement response on top of the bypass switch so to improve the seismic performance of the bypass switch.
