摘要
新修订的《职业教育法》明确了“职业教育是与普通教育具有同等重要地位的教育类型”。但何为“类型教育”,我国教育系统存在诸多模糊认识。本文认为,要以“类型教育”定位和思维发展职业教育,必须从根本上消除“层次教育”思维,推进全面的教育改革,应把构建健康教育生态作为地方政府的首要职责。
The newly promulgated'Law on Vocational Education'has clearly stated that vocational education is an education type of equal importance in status as general education.However,what's the definition of education type.There are many vague understandings in China's education system.This paper believes that in order to reposition and develop vocational education in the mindset of an education type,it is necessary to fundamentally eliminate the thinking of vocational education as a"level of education".In order to promote education reform in all aspects,local governments shall take it as their primary responsibility to build healthy education ecology.
