摘要
目的 探讨全程优质护理在高血压脑出血微创钻孔引流术围手术期的应用效果。方法 60例高血压脑出血微创钻孔引流术患者随机分为两组,对照组予以围术期常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上予以全程优质护理,比较两组的干预效果。结果 护理后,观察组的SAS评分、 SDS评分、 DNF评分以及术后并发症发生率均低于对照组,Barthel指数评分高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 围术期全程优质护理可以有效缓解高血压脑出血微创钻孔引流术患者的负面情绪,改善神经功能,提高日常生活能力。
Objective To explore the application effect of whole-course high-quality nursing in the perioperative period of minimally invasive drilling and drainage of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods 60 patients with minimally invasive drilling and drainage of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received regular nursing during perioperative period,and the observation group received whole-course high-quality nursing on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the SAS score,SDS score,DNF score and incidence of postoperative complications of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the Barthel index score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Whole-course high-quality nursing during perioperative period can effectively relieve the negative emotions of patients with minimally invasive drilling and drainage of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage,improve neurological function and daily living ability.
