摘要
目的 探究袋鼠式护理(KMC)在住院新生儿中的应用效果。方法 选取2019年1月至2019年3月我院366例住院新生儿作为研究对象,根据护理方式不同将其分为观察组(186例,常规护理+KMC)和对照组(180例,常规护理)。比较两组的喂养质量、睡眠质量、体格与神经行为发育情况。结果 观察组的首次母乳喂养时间、吞咽及吸吮开始时间、新生儿吮吸持续时间短于对照组,喂养耐受率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的夜间觉醒次数少于对照组,夜间觉醒时间短于对照组,夜间睡眠时间、白天睡眠时间长于对照组(P<0.05)。日龄30 d,观察组的身高、体质量、头围优于对照组(P<0.05)。日龄30 d,观察组的新生儿神经行为测定(NBNA)各维度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 KMC可提高住院新生儿的喂养质量及睡眠质量,促进体格与神经行为发育。
Objective To explore the application effect of kangaroo mother care(KMC) in hospitalized newborns.Methods A total of 366 hospitalized newborns in our hospital from January 2019 to March 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to different nursing methods,the newborns were divided into observation group(186 cases,routine nursing + KMC) and control group(180 cases,routine nursing).The feeding quality,sleep quality,physical and neurobehavioral development of the two groups were compared.Results The first breast feeding time,the beginning time of swallowing and sucking,the duration of newborns sucking in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the feeding tolerance rate was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The number of night awakening in the observation group was less than that in the control group,the time of night awakening was shorter than that in the control group,and the time of night sleep and daytime sleep were longer than those in the control group(P<0.05).At 30 d of age,the height,body mass and head circumference of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P <0.05).At 30 d of age,the each dimension scores of neonatal behavioral neurological assessment(NBNA) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion KMC can improve the feeding quality and sleep quality of hospitalized newborns,and promote physical and neurobehavioral development.
