摘要
目的:探讨阿立哌唑与利培酮治疗首发精神分裂症(SCH)患者的效果及对血脂代谢的影响。方法:选取2019年10月-2020年10月在某院确诊的60例首发SCH患者,采用简单随机分组法将患者分为阿立哌唑组和利培酮组各30例,阿立哌唑组采用阿立哌唑口服治疗,利培酮组采用利培酮口服治疗,均持续治疗8周。分别于治疗前后,比较两组的PANSS评分、体重、血脂代谢相关指标和治疗期间的不良反应发生情况。结果:两组总有效率无显著差异(P>0.05)。两组治疗前各项PANSS评分、体重、TC、TG、HDL和LDL无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组各项PANSS评分均明显降低(P<0.05),但两组各项PANSS评分无统计学差异(P>0.05),利培酮组体重较治疗前明显增加(P<0.05),但两组体重无统计学差异(P>0.05),利培酮组TC和LDL较治疗前明显增加,且明显高于阿立哌唑组(P<0.05)。阿立哌唑组总不良反应发生率(13.33%)明显低于利培酮组(40.00%)(P<0.05)。结论:阿立哌唑治疗首发SCH患者的效果良好,对患者血脂代谢影响小,用药安全性高于利培酮,可优先选择阿立哌唑治疗SCH患者。
Objective:To investigate the effect of aripiprazole and risperidone in the treatment of first-episode schizophrenia(SCH) and its effect on blood lipid metabolism.Methods:60 first-episode SCH patients diagnosed in a hospital from October 2019 to October 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.The aripiprazole group was given aripiprazole orally,and the risperidone group was given risperidone orally.The treatment lasted for 8 weeks.Before and after treatment,the PANSS score,body weight,related indexes of blood lipid metabolism and the adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in PANSS score,body weight,TC,TG,HDL and LDL between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the PANSS scores of the two groups were significantly decreased(P0.05).The body weight of the risperidone group was increased significantly(P0.05).The TC and LDL in the risperidone group were increased significantly,which were significantly higher than those in the aripiprazole group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reaction in the aripiprazole group was 13.33%,which was significantly lower than 40.00% in the risperidone group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Aripiprazole is effective in the treatment of first-episode SCH patients,has little effect on blood lipid metabolism,with higher safety than risperidone,and can be preferred for SCH patients.
