摘要
目的探究大面积烧伤合并延误吸入性肺损伤患者应用行为阶段-交谈方式对应心理指导的价值。方法将本科大面积烧伤合并延误吸入性肺损伤患者91例以随机抽签法分组,对照组45例给予激励式护理干预,观察组46例在此基础上联合行为阶段-交谈对应式心理引导,对比两组患者的疗效,自我意识,认知水平,心理弹性。结果干预后,观察组总有效率高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组自尊量表(SES),自我和谐量表(SCCS)评分水平较对照组高(P<0.05);烧伤知识,个人信念和行为水平均较对照组高(P<0.05);乐观,自强,坚韧水平相较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论大面积烧伤伴烟雾吸入性肺损伤患者应用行为阶段-交谈方式对应式心理引导提高认知水平,自我意识及心理弹性,未受烧伤因素影响。
Objective To explore the value of psychological guidance for patients with extensive burns combined with delayed inhalation lung injury in applying the behavioral phase-talking style.Methods 91 undergraduate patients with extensive burns and delayed inhalation lung injury were randomly divided into groups.45 patients in the control group were given motivational nursing intervention,and 46 patients in the observation group were combined with behavioral stage-conversational psychological guidance on this basis.The efficacy,self-awareness,cognitive level,and psychological flexibility of the two groups of patients.Results After intervention,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The self-esteem scale(SES)and self-consistency scale(SCCS)scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Burn knowledge,personal beliefs and behavior levels were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Optimism,self-improvement,and toughness levels were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with extensive burns and smoke inhalation lung injury should use behavioral phase-talking corresponding psychological guidance to improve their cognition,self-awareness and mental flexibility,without being affected by burns.
