摘要
试验旨在探讨精料(C)、小麦秸秆(WS)和苜蓿(A)的不同配比对瘤胃体外发酵参数的影响。当精粗比分别为40∶60、30∶70时,C、WS、A的比例分别为40∶45∶15、40∶30∶30、40∶15∶45和30∶55∶15、30∶40∶30、30∶25∶45、30∶10∶60,C、WS比例为40∶60、30∶70,C、A比例为40∶60、30∶70,测定上述11个组合发酵结束后发酵液的pH值以及氨态氮(NH_(3)-N)、微生物蛋白(MCP)和挥发性脂肪酸(VFA)浓度和产气量(GP),以纤维袋残渣测定干物质消化率(DMD)。结果显示:当精粗比分别为40∶60、30∶70时,随着WS与A比值降低,各组的24 h产气量(GP_(24 h))、DMD以及NH_(3)-N、MCP、VFA的浓度先升后降;当C、WS、A的比例分别是40∶30∶30和30∶10∶60时,两组的GP_(24 h)、DMD以及NH_(3)-N、MCP、VFA浓度均达到最高。研究表明,C、WS、A的比例分别为40∶30∶30和30∶10∶60时,试验效果相对最佳。
The experiment was to investigate the effect of different ratios of concentrate(C),wheat straw(WS)and alfalfa(A)on the rumen in vitro fermentation parameters.When the forage to concentrate ratio was 40∶60 and 30∶70,the ratios of C,WS and A were 40∶45∶15,40∶30∶30,40∶15∶45 and 30∶55∶15,30∶40∶30,30∶25∶45,30∶10∶60,the ratio of C,WS was 40∶60,30∶70,the ratio of C,A was 40∶60,30∶70,after the determination of above 11 combinations of fermentation was over the pH value of the fermentation broth,the concentration of ammonia nitrogen(NH_(3)-N),microbial protein(MCP)and volatile fatty acid(VFA),gas production(GP),and the determination of dry matter digestibility(DMD)with fiber bag residue.The results showed that when the ratio of forage to concentrate was 40∶60 and 30∶70,as the ratio of WS to A decreased,the 24 h gas production(GP_(24 h)),DMD and the concentration of NH 3-N,MCP and VFA of each group were increased first and then decreased,when the ratio of C,WS and A was 40∶30∶30 and 30∶10∶60,the concentrations of GP_(24 h),DMD,NH 3-N,MCP and VFA in two groups all reach the highest.The study indicates that the test effect is relatively best when the ratios of C,WS and A are 40∶30∶30 and 30∶10∶60.
