摘要
目的探讨消毒供应中心集中管理中医复用诊疗器具的效果。方法选取2021年1月至6月江西省人民医院的7432件中医复用诊疗器具作为对照组,2021年7月至12月的8248件中医复用诊疗器具作为观察组。对照组中医复用诊疗器具由使用科室流动水清洗、消毒后用流动水冲洗干净、晾干备用,针具类器具自行包装后送消毒供应中心灭菌;观察组中医复用诊疗器具集中回收到消毒供应中心后按分类、清洗、消毒、包装、灭菌及储存发放流程进行处理。比较两组中医复用诊疗器具的清洗合格率、器具功能损坏率及临床科室满意度。结果观察组的中医复用诊疗器具清洗合格率(98.16%)高于对照组(91.52%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的中医复用诊疗器具功能损坏率(0.18%)低于对照组(1.17%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的临床科室总满意度(98.33%)高于对照组(85.67%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医复用诊疗器具集中在消毒供应中心处理,可提高中医复用诊疗器具再处理质量,降低器具损坏率,提升使用科室满意度,保障患者安全。
Objective To explore the effect of centralized management of traditional Chinese medicine reusable diagnostic and treatment devices in disinfection supply center.Methods A total of 7432 traditional Chinese medicine reusable diagnostic and treatment devices in Jiangxi Provincial People′s Hospital from January to June 2021 were selected as the control group,and 8248 traditional Chinese medicine reusable diagnostic and treatment devices from July to December 2021 were selected as the observation group.In the control group,the reusable diagnosis and treatment instruments were washed and disinfected with flowing water in the department,then cleaned with flowing water and dried for later use.The needles and instruments were self-packaged and sent to the disinfection supply center for sterilization.In the observation group,the reusable medical instruments were collected to the disinfection supply center and processed according to the procedures of classification,cleaning,disinfection,packaging,sterilization,storage and distribution.The qualified rate of cleaning,functional damage rate and clinical department satisfaction of traditional Chinese medicine reusable diagnostic and treatment instruments were compared between the two groups.Results The qualified rate of traditional Chinese medicine reusable diagnosis and treatment devices in the observation group(98.16%)was higher than that in the control group(91.52%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The functional damage rate of traditional Chinese medicine reusable diagnostic and treatment devices in the observation group(0.18%)was lower than that in the control group(1.17%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total clinical department satisfaction of the observation group(98.33%)was higher than that of the control group(85.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The reprocessing quality of traditional Chinese medicine reprocessing equipment is improved,the damage rate of the equipment is reduced,the satisfaction of the department is improved,and the patient safety is guaranteed.
