摘要
实验教学是汽车车身专业本科生教学的重要组成部分,非接触光学测量是测量领域的先进技术。论文整体性介绍吉林大学车身实验室的教学现状以及非接触光学测量技术在实验课程中的使用情况。以“白车身逆向建模及主断面测绘”和“汽车顶棚拉手拉伸实验”为具体实例,详细阐述三维光学扫描系统和三维非接触应变测量系统在本科生实验教学中的应用,实验教学达到预期目的,取得良好的教学效果。
Experimental teaching is an important part of undergraduate teaching of Auto Body specialty,and non-contact optical measurement is advanced technology in the field of measurement.The current situation of Auto Body experimental teaching in Jilin University Auto Body Laboratory and the use of non-contact optical measurement in experimental course are introduced in this paper.Taking"Body in White Reverse Modeling and Main Section Survey and Draw"and"Tensile Test of Automobile Roof Handle"as specific examples,the application of three-dimensional optical scanning system and three-dimensional non-contact strain measurement system in the experimental teaching of Auto Body specialty undergraduate are expounded.The experimental teaching has achieved the expected purpose and good teaching effect.
