我国濒危野生动物及其鉴定技术研究现状

Current Research Status of Endangered Wildlife and Its Identification Technology in China

摘要 濒危野生动物资源是我国自然资源的重要构成部分,但野生动物及其制品的走私和非法贸易威胁着野生动物的生存,导致部分物种濒临灭绝,需要快速准确的物种鉴定方法为海关、公安等执法部门提供技术支撑。目前,DNA物种鉴定技术是野生动物及其制品鉴定的研究热点。本文主要对DNA条形码、PCR-RFLP、物种特异性PCR、实时荧光PCR等技术进行了综述。 Endangered wildlife resources is an important part of China natural resources, but smuggling and illegal trade of wildlife and their products threaten the survival of wild animals, leading to the extinction of some species. It is necessary to provide efficient and accurate species identification methods as technical support for law enforcement agencies such as customs and public security. At present, DNA species identification technology is a research hotspot in wildlife and its products identification. In this paper, DNA Barcoding, PCR-RFLP, species-specific PCR and real-time fluorescent PCR were reviewed.
