摘要
目的 探讨酵母β-葡聚糖破壁灵芝孢子粉胶囊在小鼠免疫方面的作用。方法 通过经口灌胃小鼠酵母β-葡聚糖破壁灵芝孢子粉胶囊,以小鼠体重、脏器/体重比值、细胞免疫、体液免疫、非特异性免疫功能指标综合评价酵母β-葡聚糖破壁灵芝孢子粉胶囊对小鼠免疫功能的影响。结果 与阴性对照组比较,酵母β-葡聚糖破壁灵芝孢子粉胶囊对小鼠体重及脏器/体重比值无显著影响(P>0.05),但酵母β-葡聚糖破壁灵芝孢子粉胶囊中剂量组能显著增加小鼠抗体生成细胞数和单核-巨噬细胞吞噬能力(P<0.05);高剂量组能显著增加小鼠迟发型变态反应(delayed type hypersensitivity, DTH)、淋巴细胞转化、抗体生成细胞数、血清溶血素水平、单核-巨噬细胞吞噬能力及NK细胞活性(P<0.05)。结论 酵母β-葡聚糖破壁灵芝孢子粉胶囊可增强小鼠机体免疫力。
Objective To study the immune effects of yeast β-glucan shell-broken Ganoderma lucidum spore powder capsule in mice.Methods The effects of yeast β-glucan shell-broken Ganoderma lucidum spore powder capsule on immune function of mice were evaluated by the indexes of body weight,organ/body weight ratio,cellular immunity,humoral immunity and non-specific immune function.Results Compared with negative control group,yeast β-glucan shell-broken Ganoderma lucidum spore powder capsule did not affect body weight and organ/body weight ratio(P>0.05),but the medium dose group of yeast β-glucan shell-broken Ganoderma lucidum spore powder capsule could significantly increase number of antibody producing cells and monocyte-macrophage phagocytic function of mice(P<0.05),the high dose group could significantly increase delayed type hypersensitivity(DTH),lymphocyte transformation,number of antibody producing cells,serum hemolysin level,monocyte-macrophage phagocytic function and NK cell activity of mice(P<0.05).Conclusion Yeast β-glucan shell-broken Ganoderma lucidum spore power capsule can enhance the immunity of mice.
