摘要
精索静脉曲张以睾丸一侧或双侧拘急、坠胀、疼痛为主要症状,是引起男性不育的重要原因之一。本病归属于中医学“筋瘤”“偏坠”范畴,中医药治疗本病有独特优势。本研究基于络病理论探讨精索静脉曲张的病因病机,认为本病病机为络脉血瘀,将活血通络作为基本治则,通过补虚通络、疏肝通络、化浊通络、散毒通络四法,介绍郭军教授治疗本病的经验,为临床络病理论指导治疗本病提供思路。
The main symptoms of varicocele are constriction,swelling and pain on one or both sides of testicles,which is one of the important reasons for male infertility.This disease belongs to the category of"tendon tumor"and"lopsided"in traditional Chinese medicine,and traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in treating this disease.Based on the theory of collateral disease,this paper discusses the etiology and pathogenesis of varicocele,believes that the pathogenesis is collateral blood stasis,and takes promoting blood circulation and dredging collaterals as the basic treatment principle.Through the four methods of tonify ing deficiency and dredging collaterals,dredging liver and collaterals,removing turbidity and dredging collaterals,and dispersing toxin and dredging collaterals,Professor Guo Jun's experience in treating this disease is introduced,which provides ideas for clinical collateral disease theory to guide the treatment of this disease.
