摘要
目的:了解新医改形势下患者对药学服务新的需求及特征,为药学服务转型提供指导。方法:于2021年1—2月针对在该院就诊的门诊患者开展药学服务相关的问卷调研。共发放调查问卷300份,回收有效问卷276份(276例患者)。结果:参与问卷调研的276例患者中,58.33%的患者(161例)需同时服用3种及以上药物;44.57%的患者(123例)期望通过现场咨询方式获得药学咨询和科普,35.87%的患者(99例)选择微信公众号;患者最为关注的药物相关问题为药品不良反应及注意事项;79.35%的患者(219例)认为药学科普开展很必要或必要;30.43%的患者(84例)经常漏服药物;89.86%的患者(248例)希望用药前获得用药提醒推送。结论:大多数门诊患者希望获得药学服务,新医改形势下药学服务工作的开展应与互联网等数字化手段紧密结合,以患者的需求为导向,开展个性化药学服务。
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the new needs and characteristics of patients for pharmaceutical service under the new medical reform situation,so as to provide guidance for the transformation of pharmaceutical service.METHODS:A questionnaire survey related to pharmacy service was performed for outpatients in the hospital from Jan.to Feb.2021.A total of 300 questionnaires were distributed,and 276 valid questionnaires(276 patients)were recovered.RESULTS:Among the 276 patients who participated in the questionnaire survey,58.33%of patients(161 cases)needed to take 3 or more drugs at the same time;44.57%of patients(123 cases)expected to obtain pharmacy consultation and science popularization through on-site consultation,and 35.87%of patients(99 cases)chose WeChat platform;the most concerned drug-related issues was adverse drug reactions and cautions;79.35%of patients(219 cases)considered that it was necessary to perform pharmaceutical science popularization;30.43%of patients(84 cases)missed drugs frequently;89.86%of patients(248 cases)wished to receive medication reminder before medication.CONCLUSIONS:Most outpatients want access to pharmaceutical service,under the new medical reform situation,the development of pharmaceutical service should be closely integrated with digital means such as the internet,and carry out individualized pharmaceutical service based on patients’requirements.
