摘要
为提升保障性苗圃建设与管理成效,给林业健康可持续发展提供保障,在分析铜仁市林业保障性苗圃基本情况、信息动态及监测管理现状基础上,进一步分析了保障性苗圃技术力量、生产经营、资金保障、供需衔接、良种结构和科技支撑等方面存在的问题,提出了加强培训学习,加大资金投入、强化规划引领、调整品种结构、开展科研合作等对策建议,切实提升林业保障性苗圃的苗木保障能力和供应调控作用。
Based on the basic situation analysis including forestry nursery,dynamic monitoring and management information,the paper analyzed problems regarding the affordable nursery technical force,production and operation,financial support,supply and demand connection,structure of superior varieties and technology support.Countermeasures for improvement were put forward,such as strengthening the training and study,increasing capital investment,strengthening the planning guidance,adjusting the structure of varieties,research cooperation and so on.
