摘要
采用碳纤维复合材料设计高速磁浮列车电磁铁U箱,以期在降低电磁铁U箱结构质量的同时,提高电磁铁U箱的整体性能。研究了复合材料电磁铁U箱的技术要求、方案设计、铺层设计及仿真分析,通过强度试验对复合材料U箱结构进行了验证,结果证明复合材料电磁铁U箱可满足时速600 km高速磁浮列车的运营要求。
In order to reduce the structural weight and improve the overall performance,the electromagnet U box of the high-speed maglev train is designed with carbon fiber composite materials.The technical require⁃ments,scheme design,layup design and simulation analysis of the composite electromagnet U box are stud⁃ied,and the structure of the composite U box is verified by the strength test.The results prove that the com⁃posite electromagnet U box meets the operation requirements of the high-speed maglev train with a speed of 600 kilometers per hour.
