摘要 泰山是我国首例世界文化与自然双重遗产地,被誉为中国历史文化的缩影和中华民族的精神家园。2018年秋,泰山风景区与城区接壤处发生松材线虫病疫情,引起各级党委政府及林业主管部门的高度重视,采取坚决果断措施,构建政府主导的防控机制,建立以“精准疫木定位、精细疫木除治、精细伐桩封闭”为主要内容的疫木除治技术和以“监测普查、检疫封锁、媒介昆虫防治、古松预防”为主体的综合防御技术,强化技术支撑,细化工作程序,严格落实责任,确保防控措施落实到位,疫情得到了有效控制。当前巩固疫情防控成果任务仍十分艰巨,需要更加严格管理,更加精准施策,确保泰山生态安全和生物安全。 Taishan Mountain is the first world cultural and natural heritage in China,known as the epitome of Chinese historic culture and the spiritual home of Chinese nation.In the autumn of 2018,pine wilt disease occurred at the junction between Taishan Mountain scenic area and urban area of Tai'an,which caused great concern of governments at all levels and forestry authorities.Resolute and decisive measures have been taken to build a government-led prevention and control mechanism,establish infected wood control technology with“precise positioning of infected wood,refine infected wood treatment and closure of stumps”as main content,and the comprehensive defense technology with“monitoring and general survey,quarantine blockade,insect vector control and ancient pine prevention”as main body.Besides,the technical support,working procedures refined and responsibilities implemented strictly were strengthened to ensure that prevention and control measure were put in place.As a result,the epidemic of pine wilt disease in Taishan Mountain was controlled effectively.For consolidating achievements of pine wilt disease management,greater attention,more targeted measures and stricter management need to be applied to ensure ecological and biological security in Taishan Mountain.
