信息化急诊医疗服务体系的构建及其支撑要素研究 被引量:1

摘要 急诊医疗服务体系的信息化建设对提高医疗服务质量与效率至关重要。本研究首先对急诊医疗服务的业务流程进行需求分析,然后采用面向服务的体系架构方法,对急诊医疗服务体系信息化建设的技术构架和功能进行界定,最后通过功能框架、系统性能和支撑要素等方面对信息化急诊医疗服务体系的构建进行探讨。通过信息化建设打造高效率、高质量运行的急诊医疗服务体系已成为未来趋势,本研究结果对构建一体化急诊医疗服务系统及进一步提升急诊医疗服务的能力、效率和质量具有重要参考意义。 The construction of informationized emergency medical service system is important to improve the quality and efficiency of medical service.In the present study,we first conducted the needs analysis of the business process of emergency medical services.Then,the service-oriented architecture method was employed to define the technical framework and functions of the informatization construction of the emergency medical service system.Lastly,the construction of the informationized emergency medical service system was explored through aspects such as functions framework,system performance and supporting factors.Building an emergency medical service system with high efficiency and high quality operation through informatization construction has become a future trend.The findings of the present study had valuable reference significance in building an integrated emergency medical service system,and further improving the capacity,efficiency and quality of emergency medical services.
