摘要
针对功率和转速相同的两台电机噪声线性值、C计权声压级(LpC)相差无几,但对电机噪声等级作评定的A计权声压级(LpA)相差很大的情况,对两台电机进行了噪声频谱对比试验,通过试验得出,该情况是由电机的通风噪声频谱不同引起的。介绍了简便实用的频谱估算方法,提出可以通过调整风扇的设计将通风噪声主要成份的频率由中频段向低频移动,从而有效改善电机的噪声等级。
Against the cases that noise linear value and C weighted sound pressure level(LpC)show almost no difference while A weighted sound pressure level(LpA)shows great difference when evaluating the noise level in the ventilation noise spectrum measurement of two same specification motors with same power and speed.The noise spectrum comparison test is done to two motors and verifies that the cases are due to the different ventilation noise spectrum.A simple and practical spectrum estimation method is proposed,that is,shifting the frequency of the main component of ventilation noise from the mid-range to the lowrange frequency by means of adjusting the design of the fan,thus,to improve noise levels of the motor effectively.
