摘要
简要介绍了凯里环城高速路北段三棵树互通开挖施工,临近沪昆高速、村镇、供电、通信等设施,施工干扰、安全隐患大等难点,对开挖施工不利。经过对互通工程地质、地形、设计布置等难点和临近高速路、村镇等不利条件分析,采取“常规控制爆破区”“精细控制爆破区”及“限制爆破区”的分区施工方案,设置安全防护等措施,降低对高速路、村镇设施安全影响。经过精心设计、施工,严格控制药量,顺利完成安全开挖施工,对临近高速路、建筑物无安全影响。
This paper briefly describes the excavation and construction of Sankeshu Interchange at the north section of Kaili Ring City Expressway.As the project is close to Shanghai-Kunming high-speed,villages and towns,power supply,communications and other facilities,there are difficulties such as construction interference and major potential safety hazards.This paper analyses the difficulties in engineering geology,topography,design and layout,as well as the unfavorable conditions such as adjacent expressways,villages and towns.Finally,zoning construction schemes of“conventional controlled blasting zone”,“fine controlled blasting zone”and“restricted blasting zone”are adopted,and safety protection measures are set to reduce the safety impact on highway and village facilities.After careful design and construction,explosive consumption is strictly controlled and safe excavation is successfully completed,which has no safety impact on the near highway and buildings.
