摘要
目的探析医养结合模式下的延续性护理对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者肺功能、营养指标以及负面心理方面的影响。方法选取2020年1月—2021年1月于某三级甲等综合医院住院的老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者86例,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各43例,对照组出院后给予常规延续性护理,观察组采用医养结合延续性护理,干预3个月后比较患者的肺功能、营养指标以及负面心理的变化情况。结果观察组患者肺功能、营养指标均明显改善;与干预前相比,观察组及对照组患者的焦虑、抑郁(SAS、SDS)评分显著改善,但观察组患者焦虑、抑郁改善水平明显超过对照组(P<0.05)。结论立足于医养结合背景,对老年COPD疾病患者开展延续性护理,对于改善患者预后有着重要价值。
Objective To explore the effect of continuous nursing on lung function,nutritional indicators and negative psychology of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods 86 elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)hospitalized in a third-class a general hospital from January,2020 to January,2021 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,43 cases in each group,the control group was given routine continuous nursing after discharge,and the observation group was given continuous nursing combined with medical care.After 3 months of intervention,the changes of lung function,nutritional indicators and negative psychology were compared between the two groups.Results The lung function and nutritional indexes of the observation group were significantly improved;The SAS score and SDS score of the observation group and the control group were significantly improved,but the improvement level of anxiety and depression in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Based on the background of the combination of medical and nursing,it is of great value to carry out continuous nursing for elderly patients with COPD to improve the prognosis of patients.
