摘要
B-box(BBX)蛋白是一类锌指结构转录因子,在植物光形态建成、开花调控和逆境胁迫响应等过程发挥着重要作用.为了解香蕉MaBBX转录因子的结构和表达特征,对MaBBX进行全基因组鉴定和进化分析,并研究MaBBX在低温胁迫下的表达模式.结果显示,MaBBX家族共有38个成员,包含5种类型(I-V),且与拟南芥、水稻分别存在19、40对共线性成员;MaBBX家族成员的基因结构差异较小,其中7个MaBBX成员包含2BBX+CCT(CONSTANS、CO-like和TOC1)结构,10个成员包含BBX+CCT结构,11个成员包含2BBX结构,10个成员包含1BBX结构,此外还有8个成员在C端包含能够结合COPI蛋白的缬氨酸-脯氨酸基序VP(valine-proline)基序;11个MaBBX家族成员可能与HY5存在蛋白互作,且MaBBX家族成员主要受到miR2673与miR9494的靶向调控.此外,在13、4和0℃低温处理下,分别有12、6和9个MaBBX成员上调表达.上述结果表明MaBBX可能参与香蕉的光形态建成以及低温胁迫响应过程.(图7表3参35)
B-box(BBX)proteins are a class of zinc-finger structural transcription factors that play an important role in plant photomorphogenesis,flowering regulation,and stress response.To understand the structure and expression characteristics of MaBBX transcription factors in banana,we conducted a genome-wide identification and evolutionary analysis of MaBBX and investigated the expression pattern of MaBBX under low temperature stress.The results showed that there were 38 members of the MaBBX family,comprising five types(I-V),with 19 and 40 pairs of co-linear members with Arabidopsis and rice,respectively.The MaBBX family members have similar gene structures,with seven MaBBX members containing two BBX+CCT(CONSTANS,CO-like,and TOC1)structures,10 members containing one BBX+CCT structure,11 members containing two BBX structures,10 members containing one BBX structure,and eight members additionally containing valineproline,which could bind to COPI.Eleven MaBBX family members interacted with HY5,and MaBBX family members were mainly affected by miR2673 and miR9494.In addition,the expressions of 12,six,and nine MaBBX members were upregulated at 13,4,and 0℃,respectively.These results suggest that MaBBX might be involved in the photomorphogenesis of banana,as well as in the response to low-temperature stress.
