摘要
从中医病因层面探讨痰瘀互结证与年龄、体质、情志、外感、外伤、生活习惯等因素的关系,并认为年迈体衰、体质偏颇、外感外伤、饮食劳逸、情志内伤、久病入络等均与痰瘀互结证的形成及加重有关,是重要的致病因素。鉴于痰瘀之间存在着互生互衍的密切关系,痰久必兼瘀,瘀久必兼痰,故生痰或生瘀的病因都可被认作是痰瘀互结证的病因。痰或瘀经过一系列的复杂化生与演变,必然会形成痰瘀互结证。痰瘀互结证广泛存在于心脑血管、肿瘤、代谢、妇科等临床常见疾病中,是多种疾病所共有的一种重要的中医证候类型,探讨痰瘀互结证的病因,明晰因-证(因)-证之间的因果转化和内在规律,对于预见和掌控病证发展趋势,提升疾病诊疗水平都有一定的意义。
Mainly discussed the relation of phlegm-blood stasis to age,constitution,exogenous disease,emotions,trauma,lifestyle factors,etc.from the aspect of TCM etiology,this paper holds that aging and physical decline,physical bias,external injury,eating and leisure,emotional internal injury and long-term illness into the collaterals are important pathogenic factors.In view of the close relationship between phlegm-blood stasis,phlegm-blood stasis combined with phlegm,so the cause of phlegm or blood stasis can be regarded as the cause of mutual syndrome of phlegm-blood stasis.Phlegm or blood stasis through a series of complex metaplasia and evolution will inevitably form phlegm-blood stasis mutual syndrome.Phlegm-blood stasis by widely exist in each other heart head blood-vessel,cancer,metabolic and gynecological clinical common disease,is a kind of important common to many kinds of diseases of TCM syndrome types,to probe into the etiology of phlegm-blood stasis by each other,clear cause-syndrome(cause)-sydrome between the transformation and the inherent law,to foresee and control the developing trend of disease and enhance the level of disease diagnosis and treatment has a certain significance.
