自然循环废液蒸发器液位测量分析及仿真 被引量:2

摘要 差压法测量方式在核电厂中被广泛应用。废液蒸发器采用差压变送器测量废液密度和液位。为保证废液蒸发器稳定运行、提高液位参数测量精度,有必要对测量仪表进行优化改进。介绍了废液蒸发器的工艺参数和环境条件、差压变送器的安装布置方案,以及废液密度和液位的计算方法。依据调试运行时的测量结果,分析了废液蒸发器密度和液位出现测量误差的影响因素,主要为仪表安装布置影响和介质循环流动影响。通过流体仿真软件(FLUENT)模拟蒸发器运行过程,获得了废液蒸发器运行时参数变化趋势和范围,验证了引起测量误差的主要影响因素。运用模拟仿真与实际运行相结合的方法,提高了对废液蒸发器运行过程及其对仪表测量影响的认识,提出了优化取压口和增加仪表种类的措施。该分析方法及改进措施对类似的仪表选型和安装具有参考作用。 Differential pressure measurement method is widely used in nuclear power plants.Waste liquid evaporator adopts differential pressure transmitter to measure waste liquid density and liquid level.In order to ensure the stable operation of waste liquid evaporator and improve the measurement accuracy of liquid level parameters,it is necessary to optimize and improve the measuring instrument.The process parameters and environmental conditions of waste liquid evaporator,the installation and layout scheme of differential pressure transmitter,and the calculation method of waste liquid density and level are introduced.According to the measurement results during commissioning and operation,the factors affecting the measurement errors of waste liquid evaporator density and liquid level are analyzed,which are mainly affected by the installation and layout of instruments and the circulation of medium.Fluid simulation software(FLUENT)is used to simulate the operation process of evaporator,and the variation trend and range of parameters during the operation of waste liquid evaporator are obtained,and the main influencing factors causing measurement error are verified.By using the method of combining simulation with actual operation,the cognition of the running process of waste liquid evaporator and its influence on instrument measurement is improved.The measures of optimizing pressure taking ports and increasing instrument types are put forward.The analysis method and improvement measures have reference function for similar instrument selection and installation.
