摘要
目的观察疏风解毒胶囊辅助治疗老年社区获得性肺炎的临床疗效。方法将老年社区获得性肺炎患者70例按1:1随机分为治疗组与对照组。对照组给予抗感染、化痰等对症支持治疗。治疗组在对照组基础上给予疏风解毒胶囊,每次4粒(0.52 g/粒),每天3次。观察两组患者治疗前后中医证候积分、感染指标、胸部影像吸收情况。结果两组患者治疗后中医证候积分、感染指标均较治疗前降低,胸部影像均较前吸收,且治疗组优于对照组。结论疏风解毒胶囊治疗老年社区获得性肺炎可以有效降低患者中医证候积分、感染指标,促进胸部影像吸收。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Shufeng Jiedu Capsules on elderly community-acquired pneumonia. Methods:70 elderly patients with community-acquired pneumonia were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group according to 1∶1. The control group was given anti-infection,phlegm and other symptomatic support treatment. On the basis of western medicine treatment in the control group,patients in the treatment group were given Shufeng Jiedu Capsules,4 capsules each time,3 times a day. The TCM syndrome score,infection index and chest image absorption were observed before and after treatment in the two groups. Results:After treatment,the TCM syndrome score and infection index of the two groups were lower,and the chest images were absorbed than before treatment;the curative effect in the treatment group was better than that of the control group. Conclusion:Shufeng Jiedu Capsules can effectively reduce the TCM syndrome score and infection index of elderly patients with community-acquired pneumonia and promote the absorption of chest image.
