摘要 以珠海某跨海电缆隧道工程为背景,探究在海底复杂地质条件、大断面和长距离复杂线性情况下的顶管施工关键技术。根据工程大直径承插式混凝土管道顶进难度大、顶进距离长等难点,选择集一级破碎和二级破碎于一体的泥水平衡顶管机;采用端头加固、设置降水井和进行密封止水等方法营造一个良好的施工环境;布置两道钢板、采用双层橡胶圈进行管节间的防水;使用高性能触变泥浆并设计三道中继间减少顶进阻力。实际的工期进展表明,这些设计合理,取得了较好的施工效果。 Takes a cross-sea cable tunnel project in Zhuhai as the background to explore the key technology of pipe jacking construction under complex geological conditions,large cross-section and long distance complex linearity of the seafloor.According to the difficulty of jacking large-diameter socket concrete pipe and long jacking distance,choose the face with slurry support pipe jacking machine which integrates primary crushing and secondary crushing;a good construction environment is created by using end reinforcement,setting up precipitation wells and sealing water stop;two steel plates are arranged and double rubber rings are used for waterproofing between pipe joints;high performance thixotropic mud is used and three intermediate jacking station are designed to educe the jacking resistance.The actual progress of the construction period shows that these designs are reasonable and have achieved good construction results.
