摘要
以山西某矿30902综放工作面回撤通道支护为工程背景,从增加锚杆、锚索长度,锚固长度,锚杆索间排距方式对支护参数进行优化,从而在满足围岩控制基础上降低支护耗时以及支护成本。经现场应用后,采面回撤通道围岩变形量始终在较小范围内,不会给采面综放设备回撤带来制约,同时支护成本降低约16.83万元,取得较好的支护优化效果。
Taking 30902 pull-back channel support of the header workface as the engineering background,the support parameters are optimized by increasing the length of anchor ropes and anchorage length,and increasing the distance between rows of anchor ropes,so as to reduce the support time and support cost on the basis of satisfying the control of the surrounding rock.After the field application,the deformation of the surrounding rock in the retraction channel of the mining face is always within a small range,which will not bring constraints to the retraction of the comprehensive release equipment of the mining face,and the cost of support is reduced by about168,300 yuan,which is a good effect of support optimization.
