摘要
目的系统评价老年痴呆症患者家庭照顾者的心理体验。方法检索PubMed、Cochrane Library、Web of Science、Embase、CINAHL、Proquest、知网、万方、维普等数据库,搜集有关老年痴呆症患者家庭照顾者心理体验的质性研究。检索时限为建库至2022年5月,采用JBI(Joanna Briggs Institute)循证卫生保健中心质性研究质量评价标准评价纳入的文献质量,使用Nvivo 11软件通过汇集性整合方法进行整合。结果共纳入9项研究,提炼出46个研究结果,归纳为8个新类别,整合成4个结果:面对的压力和负担;情绪体验;应对和支持;渴望支持与需求。结论家庭、社区、医疗机构、政府和社会应关注老年痴呆症患者家庭照顾者的心理体验,给予指导和帮助,以减轻其身心负担,提升老年痴呆症患者的照顾质量。
Objective To systematically review the psychological experience among family caregivers of senile dementia patients.Methods The databases of PubMed,Cochrane Library,Web of Science,Embase,CINAHL,Proquest,CNKI,Wanfang and VIP were searched for qualitative research on the psychological experience among family caregivers of senile dementia patients.The publication time frame was from inception to May,2022.The qualitative research quality appraisal criteria of JBI Evidence-based Healthcare Center were adopted to evaluate the quality of involved studies.The Nvivo 11 software was selected for synthesis using an aggregative integration method.Results A total of 9 studies were involved,and 46 items of results were extracted.These results were summarized into 8 new categories and 4 themes,including faced pressure and burden,emotional experience,coping and support,craving for support and needs.Conclusions Family,community,medical institution,government and society should pay attention to the psychological experience of family caregivers of senile dementia patients,and provide guidance and help,so as to reduce their physical and mental burden and improve the quality of care service for senile dementia patients.
