摘要
目的探讨冠心宁片联合口服营养补充剂治疗冠心病慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法选取2019年7月至2021年7月湖州市中医院收治的100例诊断为冠心病合并慢性心力衰竭的患者,随机抽样法将其分成试验组和对照组,每组各50例。试验组予心力衰竭常规治疗+冠心宁片+口服营养补充剂+饮食宣教治疗,对照组予心衰常规治疗+冠心宁片+饮食宣教治疗,治疗2周,观察比较两组患者治疗前后血清白蛋白(albumin,ALB)、前白蛋白(prealbumin,PAB)、淋巴细胞数、左心室射血分数(left ventricular ejection fraction,LVEF)、N末端脑钠肽前体(n-terminal probrain natriuretic peptide,NT-pro BNP)的变化。结果治疗后,试验组ALB、PAB、淋巴细胞数、LVEF均高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组NT-pro BNP低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论冠心宁片联合口服营养补充剂能改善冠心病慢性心力衰竭的心功能,增强免疫力与抵抗力,提高患者的生存质量。
Objective To study the clinical curative effect of Guanxinning tablet combined oral nutritional supplements on coronary heart disease of chronic heart failure.Methods From July 2019 to July 2021,100 cases diagnosed as coronary heart disease patients with chronic heart failure in Huzhou City Central Hospital were selected,were divided into the experimental group and the control group,50 cases in each group.Experimental group was given conventional treatment+bolted mission ning piece+oral nutritional supplements,diet therapy treatment two weeks.The control group given conventional treatment+bolted mission ning tablets+diet therapy treatment two weeks.Serum albumin(ALB),prealbumin(PAB),lymphocyte count,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),N-terminal pro brain natriuretic peptide(NT-Pro BNP)and other indexes were observed and compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the experimental group(propagated),serum albumin,prealbumin(PAB),lymphocyte count,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)were higher than control group(P<0.05).The experimental group N terminal brain natriuretic peptide precursor(NT-pro BNP)was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Bolted ning tablets combined oral nutritional supplements can improve coronary heart disease of chronic heart failure,cardiac function,enhance immunity and resistance,and improving the patients quality of life.
