摘要
在江恒源教育思想体系中,劳动教育贯穿其职业教育思想始终,是职业教育的重要表现形式。江恒源劳动教育思想缘起于特定的时代境遇,蕴含丰富的思想内涵。劳动教育是中国特色社会主义教育体系的重要内容,江恒源的劳动教育思想对推进新时代劳动教育有重要的启示意义,如通过激发学生劳动本能以落实劳动教育的隐性目标;因地制宜和协同合作以完善劳动教育的主要内容;统筹各层次各类型教育以构建学校一体化劳动教育体系;注重师资和教材建设以提供实施劳动教育的支持条件。
In Jiang Hengyuan’s educational ideology system,labor education is an important manifestation of his vocational education thought and runs through it.Jiang Hengyuan’s labor education thought originated from the specific circumstances of the times and contains rich value connotations.Labor education is an important content of the socialist education system with Chinese characteristics.Jiang Hengyuan’s labor education thought has important enlightenment significance for promoting labor education in the new era,such as stimulating students’ labor instinct to implement the hidden goal of labor education,adjusting measures to local conditions and cooperating with each other to improve the main contents of labor education,coordinating all levels and types of education to build an integrated school labor education system,and paying attention to the construction of teachers and teaching materials to provide supporting conditions for implementing labor education.
