摘要
发展冷链物流产业是推动建设现代化经济体系的重要一步,文章梳理了新中国成立以来冷链物流发展的四个代表性阶段,总结冷链物流产业取得的巨大成就。同时深入分析本行业由于内外部环境发生深刻变化而面临的劳动力素质提升慢、基础设施结构失衡、吸引投资能力弱、行业竞争激烈与产地冷链水平滞后等诸多挑战。针对性地提出应重视物流人才培养、统筹科学布局设施、加大扶持补贴力度、技术驱动升级以及建立高效农村物流体系等对策建议。为推动我国冷链物流产业高质量发展,畅通国内大循环及推进乡村振兴和更高水平共同富裕提供参考。
The development of the cold chain logistics industry is an important step in promoting the construction of a modernized economic system.The article compares the four representative stages of cold chain logistics development since the founding of PRC,and summarizes the great achievements of the cold chain logistics industry.At the same time,it analyzes the challenges faced by the industry due to the profound changes in the internal and external environment,such as slow improvement of labor quality,imbalance in infrastructure structure,weak ability to attract investment,fierce competition in the industry and the lagging level of cold chain of origin.We propose countermeasures such as attaching importance to logistics personnel training,coordinating scientific layout of facilities,increasing support and subsidies,technology-driven upgrading and establishing an efficient rural logistics system.It provides references to promote the high-quality development of China's cold chain logistics industry,smooth domestic circulation and promote rural revitalization and a higher level of common prosperity.
