废气再循环冷却器钎缝气密性检测试验

摘要 利用正交设计方法对废气再循环冷却器进行钎缝气密性检测试验,应用压降法重复检测泄漏率,并计算标准差,由此研究检测工艺参数对检测结果重复性的影响及显著程度,并确定水路与气路气密性检测的最佳工艺参数。试验结果表明,充气时间对废气再循环冷却器钎缝气密性检测结果的重复性影响最大,稳定时间次之,检测时间的影响最小。对于检测总时间受限的场合,可以通过延长充气时间,适当缩短稳定时间,尽量缩短检测时间来平衡检测结果重复性与检测总时间。另一方面,延长检测总时间可以提高废气再循环冷却器钎缝气密性检测结果的重复性。 The orthogonal design method was used to test the air tightness detection of the brazing seam of the EGR cooler, the pressure drop method was used to repeatedly detect the leakage rate, and the standard deviation was calculated to study the influence and significance of the testing process parameters on the repeatability of the test results and determine the best process parameters for the air tightness detections of water loop and gas loop.The test results show that the inflation time has the greatest influence on the repeatability of the results of the air tightness detection of the brazing seam of the EGR cooler, followed by the stabilization time and the testing time has the least influence.For occasion where the total testing time is limited, the repeatability of the results of the detection and the total detection time can be balanced by extending the inflation time, appropriately shortening the stabilization time, and shortening the testing time as much as possible.On the other hand, prolonging the total inspection time can improve the repeatability of the results of the air tightness detection of the brazing seam of the EGR cooler.
