摘要
文章在城镇化快速建设的背景下,研究分析了水资源污染的来源及原因,总结提出建立健全水资源污染治理法律法规体系、充分引导社会力量参与水资源污染治理、构建统筹考虑水资源污染治理体制、堵塞工业废水源头、加大农村地区水资源污染治理力度、加强新技术新工艺新材料的运用等水资源污染治理的方案和贯彻可持续发展理念、加强管理执法力度、推广清洁生产等水环境保护路径,对水资源污染治理和水环境保护有一定的指导意义。
In the context of rapid urbanization construction,this paper studies and analyzes the sources and causes of water pollution.Summarizes proposes establishing and perfecting the system of water pollution control laws and regulations,fully guide social forces to participate in water pollution control,construction as a whole about water pollution control system,the blockage of industrial wastewater source,increasing rural water pollution control,strengthen the application of new technology and new process new material such as water pollution control plan and carry out the concept of sustainable development,strengthening the tube It is of guiding significance for water pollution control and water environment protection to enforce law and popularize clean production.
