摘要
为提高转炉产能,有效降低成本消耗,实现降耗增效、降本增效、提质增效、提产增效,北营炼钢厂在现有设备工艺条件下,推进转炉工艺优化,通过提高供氧强度、优化复吹工艺、少渣冶炼等手段,实现了缩短转炉工艺时间及冶炼周期约5 min/炉,且部分技术指标达历史最好水平,其供氧强度、复吹碳氧积接近国内先进水平。
