摘要
近年来,医学科学研究领域科研不端行为屡屡曝光,对我国医学科学研究造成了严重的负面影响。开展科研诚信教育是提升科研诚信素养、预防科研不端行为的有效措施。医学本科生作为未来我国医学临床实践和医学科学研究的接班人,在大学期间就进行科研诚信意识的培养对我国未来医学科学的发展具有积极的推动作用。分子医学实验是一门集生物化学、免疫学、生物化学技术和分子生物学基本实验、科研探索和医学应用于一体的综合性实验课程,其教学过程中涉及诸多的科研诚信相关问题,其教学目的与科研诚信原则高度契合。作为医学本科各专业的专业基础必修课程,分子医学实验是实施医学本科生科研诚信意识培养的绝佳课堂。文章从分子医学实验教学中涉及的科研诚信问题和科研诚信意识的培养出发,探讨在分子医学实验教学中培养科研诚信意识的可行性及重要性。
In recent years,scientific misconduct has been exposed frequently in the field of medical science,which has caused serious adverse effects on the medical science research in China.The scientific research integrity education is supposed to be an effective measure to promote scientific research integrity and prevent scientific misconduct.As the successors of clinical practice and medical research of our country in the future,to cultivate the scientific research integrity consciousness of medical undergraduates in university will play a positive role in promoting the development of medical science in our country in the future.Molecular medical experiment is a comprehensive experimental course integrating biochemist r y,immunology,biochemical technology,basic experiments of molecular biology,scientific research exploration and medical application.The teaching process involves many problems related to scientific research integrity,and its teaching objectives are highly consistent with the principle of scientific research integrity.As a required basic course for medical undergraduates,molecular medical experiment is an excellent classroom to cultivate scientific research integrity consciousness of medical undergraduates.This paper discusses the feasibility and importance of cultivating scientific research integrity consciousness in molecular medical experiment teaching from the aspect of the scientific research integrity problems involved in the teaching of molecular medical experiment and the cultivation of scientific research integrity consciousness.
