摘要
自2017年开始,五年来北京小汤山医院工会以促进广大职工的心理健康为己任,积极参与北京市总工会的职工心理健康发展助推体系建设。将我院健康管理、心理康复的优势学科与市总助推项目有机结合,运用科学的测量方法和专业培训、心理督导等手段,帮助职工掌握科学的减压技能,以期达到学会情绪的自我调节、保持身心健康、提高工作效率的目的。为创造和谐的劳动关系,起到了积极的润滑作用,为医院的良性发展注入了活力。
In order to enhance employees'awareness of mental health care,better maintain employees'physical and mental health,and promote the healthy development of the organization,in 2017,the Beijing Xiaotangshan hospital labor union was entrusted by the hospital party committee to promote the mental health of employees as its own responsibility,and actively participated in Beijing the general trade union's mental health development boosts the construction of the system.Organically combine the advantageous disciplines of health management and psychological rehabilitation in our hospital with the general promotion project of the city,and use scientific measurement methods,professional training,psychological supervision and other means to help employees master scientific decompression skills,in order to achieve emotional learning the purpose of self-regulation,maintaining physical and mental health,and improving work efficiency.In order to create a harmonious labor relationship,it has played a positive lubricating role and injected vitality into the healthy development of the hospital.
