摘要
试验研究复方中草药对奶牛泌乳性能、乳品质和血清指标的影响。选取60头荷斯坦奶牛,随机分成4组,每组3个重复,每个重复5头牛。对照组为基础日粮,Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组分别在基础日粮中添加0.05%、0.10%、0.20%复方中草药制剂。结果显示:与对照组相比,中草药组奶牛的平均日产奶量、乳蛋白率、总蛋白(TP)、免疫球蛋白G (IgG)含量均显著提高(P<0.05),体细胞数均显著降低(P<0.05)。与Ⅰ组相比,Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组奶牛的平均日干物质采食量、平均日产奶量、乳蛋白率、TP、IgG、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)含量和总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)均显著提高(P<0.05);体细胞数、尿素氮(BUN)含量均显著降低(P<0.05)。研究表明,荷斯坦奶牛日粮中添加0.10%和0.20%的复方中草药制剂能够显著改善奶牛的泌乳性能、乳品质和血清指标,临床应用剂量可以选择添加0.10%。
The experiment was to study the effects of compound Chinese herbal medicine on lactation performance, milk quality and serum biochemical indexes of dairy cows. 60 Holstein cows were randomly divided into four groups, with three replicates in each group and five cows in each replicate. The control group was basal diet, group Ⅰ, group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ were supplemented with 0.05%, 0.10% and 0.20% compound Chinese herbal medicine, respectively. The results showed that compared with control group, the average daily milk yield, milk protein rate, TP and IgG content of test groups were significantly increased(P<0.05), the number of somatic cells was significantly decreased(P<0.05). Compared with group Ⅰ, the average daily feed intake, average daily milk production, milk protein rate, TP, IgG, IL-2, TNF-αcontent and T-AOC in group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ were significantly increased(P<0.05). The number of somatic cells, BUN content were significantly decreased(P<0.05). The experiment indicates that adding 0.10% and 0.20% compound Chinese herbal medicine to basic diet of Holstein cows can significantly improve the lactation performance, milk quality and serum indexes of dairy cows, the clinical application dose was selected by 0.10%.
