摘要
全球恶性肿瘤发病率和死亡率正在迅速增加。抗肿瘤治疗的方式包括手术、放疗、化疗、免疫治疗及靶向治疗等。放疗是主要的抗肿瘤治疗的方式之一。随着IMRT、VMAT、TOMO以及质子、重离子等放疗技术的运用,放射治疗在为恶性肿瘤患者带来生存率和无进展生存率获益的同时,也可能会产生多种不良反应导致治疗延迟或中断,比如骨髓抑制。目前评估骨髓功能在临床上通常采用血液学检查,近年来,在大量研究中无创影像学技术也广泛应用于骨髓功能评估,例如CT、PET/CT、MRI等技术。本文就无创影像技术在肿瘤放疗后骨髓的功能评估做一综述。
Globally, morbidity and mortality of cancer are increasing rapidly. Present anti-tumor treatments include surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy, immunotherapy and targeted therapy. Radiotherapy plays an important role in anti-tumor therapy. With the application of IMRT, VMAT, TOMO, proton, heavy ion and other radiotherapy technologies, radiotherapy brings benefits to patients with solid tumors in survival and progression-free survival, many adverse reactions, such as myelosuppression, result in treatment delay or interruption though. At present, hematological examination was usually used in clinical practice for the evaluation of bone marrow function. In recent years, non-invasive imaging techniques, such as CT, PET-CT, MRI and other technologies have also been widely used in the evaluation of bone marrow function in a large number of studies. This article reviews the assessment of bone marrow function after tumor radiotherapy by non-invasive imaging techniques.
