单磷酸阿糖腺苷联合布地奈德治疗小儿毛细支气管炎SAA、INF-γ及IL-33水平变化 被引量:18

Changes of SAA,INF-γ and IL-33 levels in children with bronchiolitis treated with adenosine monophosphate combined with budesonide

摘要 目的 分析单磷酸阿糖腺苷联合布地奈德治疗小儿毛细支气管炎血清样淀粉蛋白A(SAA)、干扰素-γ(INF-γ)及白细胞介素-33(IL-33)水平变化。方法 收集郑州市第七人民医院2016年1月至2020年4月收治的106例毛细支气管炎患儿,根据不同治疗方式分为观察组(单磷酸阿糖腺苷+布地奈德)59例与对照组(布地奈德)47例。比较两组SAA、INF-γ及IL-33、炎性因子[肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)]、血清白三烯E4(LTE4)、单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)水平以及临床症状改善时间。结果 观察组治疗后SAA、IL-33水平明显低于对照组,INF-γ水平明显高于对照组,TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8水平明显低于对照组,LTE4、MCP-1水平明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组发热、湿啰音、喘息、咳嗽消退时间均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 单磷酸阿糖腺苷联合布地奈德治疗小儿毛细支气管炎可降低患儿SAA、IL-33水平,增加INF-γ表达,加速炎症症状缓解,从而促进患者恢复。 Objective To analyze the changes of serum amyloid protein A(SAA),interferon-γ(INF-γ) and interleukin-33(IL-33) levels in the treatment of infantile bronchiolitis with arabinosine monophosphate combined with budesonide. Methods A total of 106 children with bronchiolitis admitted to Zhengzhou Seventh People’s Hospital from January 2016 to April 2020 were collected. According to different treatment methods,they were divided into an observation group(adenosine monophosphate + budesonide)59cases and a control group(Budesonide)47 cases. The SAA,INF-γ and IL-33,and inflammatory factor[tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8)],leukotriene E4(LTE4),monocyte chemoattractant protein-1(MCP-1)levels and clinical symptoms improvement time were compared between the two groups. Results The levels of SAA and IL-33 factors in the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group. The level of INF-γ was significantly higher than that in the control group. The levels of TNF-α,IL-6,and IL-8 were significantly lower than those in the control group,the levels of LTE4 and MCP-1 were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The subsidence time of fever,rales,wheezing,and cough in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Adenosine monophosphate combined with budesonide in the treatment of children withbronchiolitis can reduce the levels of SAA and IL-33,increase the expression of INF-γ,and accelerate the relief of inflammatory symptoms,thereby promoting the recovery of patients.
