摘要
基于黄河流域76个城市面板数据,构建经济发展与环境保护的协调发展模型,探究黄河流域城市经济与环境系统协调发展水平的时空格局及演进过程。结果表明:①黄河流域经济发展和环境保护的协调发展水平在波动中上升,由濒临失调转向勉强协调,下游城市始终处于初级协调阶段,显著高于中、上游地区。②协调发展演进模式分为四类:持续领先型、演化趋同型、双向互动波动型和单方驱动主导型。③协调发展水平的地区差距主要源自区域间差距,总体差距呈缩小态势。④流域整体和各区域协调发展水平存在极化现象,上、中游极化较明显并逐渐转为轻微的多极极化,下游极化不明显。因此,需充分立足各城市发展优势,针对下游和中、上游灵活制定政策,以期进一步推动黄河流域经济发展和环境保护高质量协调发展。
This paper applies panel data from 76 cities in the Yellow River basin to construct the coupling coordination model of urban economic development and environmental protection.It explores the spatial and temporal structure and evolution patterns of coupled coordination between urban economic and environmental systems in the Yellow River basin from 2004 to 2018.The results show that:①The coupling coordination degree of urban economic development and environmental protection in the Yellow River basin is rising in fluctuation,from the verge of imbalance to reluctant coordination.The downstream cities are always in the primary coordination stage,which is significantly higher than the upper and middle reaches.②The growth patterns of coupled coordination fall into four categories:sustained leadership,evolutionary convergence,two-way interactive volatility and unidirectional drive dominance.③Regional gap of the coupling coordination degree mainly originates from the gap between cities,and the overall gap is decreasing.④The polarization phenomenon exists in the coupling coordination degree of the whole basin and each region.The polarization in the upper and middle reaches is obvious,and gradually turns into a slight multipolar polarization,while the polarization in the lower reaches is not obvious.Therefore,it is necessary to make flexible policies for the upstream,middle and downstream reaches based on the development advantages of each city,so as to further promote the high-quality coordinated development of economic development and environmental protection in the Yellow River basin.
