摘要
目的 了解近四年军事飞行人员高尿酸血症(HUA)患病率及变化趋势,以及不同年龄段、不同飞行机种HUA分布情况。方法 采用尿酸酶法对3268例年度大体检飞行人员进行血尿酸(SUA)检测,利用Excel2007和SPSS19.0软件对检测数据进行统计分析。结果 623例军事飞行人员患HUA,总患病率为19.06%(623/3268),2018-2021年患病率呈逐年上升趋势,且SUA水平随时间推移逐年增加。不同年龄组HUA的患病率也不尽相同,51~60岁组HUA患病率显著高于其他组,为25.12%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。并且不同飞行机种HUA患病率也有差异,歼击机飞行人员位居首位,为23.54%。结论 军事飞行人员HUA患病率处于较高水平,应当引起足够重视;做到早预测、早防控,采取有效措施,减少医学停飞,着实提升飞行战斗力。
Objective To investigate the prevalence and trends of hyperuricemia(HUA)among military pilots in the recent four years and the distribution of HUA in different age groups and aircraft types.Methods Pilots who took part in the annual physical examination were tested for serum uric acid(SUA)by the uric acid enzyme method.Statistical analysis was made by Excel 2007 and SPSS 19.Results Six hundred and twenty-three military pilots with HUA,and the total prevalence was 19.06%(623/3268).The prevalence of SUA increased year by year from 2018 to 2021 years,and with time,the prevalence of SUA also increased year by year.Moreover,the prevalence of HUA was variable in different ages.The prevalence of HUA in the 50-60 years old group was 25.12%,significantly higher than other age groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In addition,the prevalence of HUA was distinct from among different aircraft types,with fighter pilots ranking first,accounting for 23.54%.Conclusion The prevalence of HUA in military pilots was higher levels,worthy of attention.Make the early prediction,early prevention and control,take effective measures to reduce medical grounding,and truly improve flight combat effectiveness.
