摘要
由于传统版权登记制度的成本较高、登记程序混乱、没有统一的规范标准,因而为了促进传统版权登记制度的变革,可引入区块链技术。文章根据区块链技术的特征分析了其在版权登记制度中应用的可行性:其去中心化的特征可以减少第三方版权服务平台的介入,节约成本费用;其不可篡改的特征可以提高版权登记的效力,弥补传统版权登记制度的缺陷;智能合约可以避免版权利益划分的纠纷,鼓励作者创作的积极性等。但区块链作为一种新兴技术,在具体的应用中也会出现“疑难”问题,要在充分挖掘区块链技术优势的前提下,重新审视区块链技术在版权登记中的应用,进而提出理论创新。
