摘要
目的深入分析在社区公共卫生管理工作中应用全科诊疗为服务主路径模式后的价值。方法选取2019年1—12月及2021年1—12月社区卫生服务中心社区工作者各50名,社区居民各50例;分别采用专科管理(专科组)和“主路径模式”(全诊组),对比不同管理模式的管理质量。结果全诊组工作质量评分(46.35±2.33)分高于专科组(39.65±4.12)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);全诊组各项工作能力评分和工作素养评分高于专科组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);全诊组社区居民总满意度96.0%高于专科组84.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全科诊疗为服务主路径的管理模式可以有计划、有目的、有组织地为居民提供优质医疗服务内容,能够提升整个团队的凝聚力。
Objective To deeply analyze the value of applying general practice diagnosis and treatment as the main service path model in community public health management.Methods A total of 50 community workers and 50 community residents were selected from the community health service center from January to December 2019 and from January to December 2021.Specialist management(specialist group)and"main path mode"(diagnosis group)were used and compared the management quality of different management modes.Results The work quality score of the whole diagnosis group was(46.35±2.33)points,which was higher than that of the specialist group(39.65±4.12)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of work ability and work literacy of the diagnosis group were higher than those of the specialist group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of community residents in the diagnosis group was 96.0%,which was higher than that in the specialist group,which was 84.0%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The management mode of general practice diagnosis and treatment as the main service path can provide residents with high-quality medical services in a planned,purposeful and organized manner,and can improve the cohesion of the entire team.
