摘要
在陶瓷岩板坯料中外加氢氧化铝和莫来石作为原料,制备了小规格的条形试样,采用正交试验研究了氢氧化铝添加量、莫来石添加量、球磨时间、烧成温度和保温时间对陶瓷岩板抗折强度的影响。结果表明,烧成温度对抗折强度影响最大,由于原料中含有少量的杂质,过烧后气孔率提高,抗折强度明显下降;氢氧化铝对抗折强度也有重要的影响,氢氧化铝可以提高抗折强度,原因是可以有效地提高陶瓷的铝硅比;球磨时间和保温时间对抗折强度影响较小。最优工艺条件组合是烧成温度1200℃,保温时间20 min,球磨时间1.5 h,氢氧化铝添加量8%,莫来石添加量1%。最优方案获得的样品抗折强度为112.8 MPa,比空白样提高了107.4%。
The small strip samples were prepared by adding aluminum hydroxide and mullite in the ceramic slab formula. The effects of aluminum hydroxide addition amount, mullite addition amount, ball milling time, sintering temperature and holding time on the flexural strength of strip samples were studied by orthogonal test. The results show that the sintering temperature has the most important influence on the flexural strength. Due to a small amount of impurities in the raw material, the porosity increases and the strength decreases after oversintering. Aluminum hydroxide also has an important effect on the strength,because it can effectively improve the Al/Si ratio of ceramics. The ball milling time and holding time have little influence on the strength. The optimal process conditions are sintering temperature 1200 ℃, holding time 20 min, ball milling time 1.5 h, aluminum hydroxide 8% and mullite 1%. The strength of the sample obtained by the optimal scheme is 112.8 MPa, which is 107.4% higher than that of the blank sample.
