基于NF-κB通路探究椎间盘退变及中药治疗椎间盘退变的机制 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨NF-κB信号通路在椎间盘退变及中药治疗椎间盘退中的作用。方法查阅近年来公开发表的相关文献,通过研究NF-κB信号通路、椎间盘退变及其中医治疗的相关资料,总结NF-κB信号通路在椎间盘退变及相关中药治疗椎间盘退中的作用。结果椎间盘退变主要体现在髓核细胞数量的减少和细胞外基质代谢失衡,炎性反应细胞因子氧化应激反应等因素能通过激活NF-κB信号通路加速椎间盘退变;补肾活血类中药方能通过抑制NF-κB信号通路降低炎性反应和氧化应激反应,从而保护髓核细胞及细胞外基质,延缓椎间盘退变。结论NF-κB信号通路的激活会加速椎间盘退变,补肾活血类中药方能通过抑制NF-κB信号通路缓解椎间盘退变进程。但目前研究仍存在一定的局限,还需要开展并深入相关实验以及临床研究,为实现椎间盘退变的精准治疗做好基础及临床准备。 Objective To investigate the role of NF-κB signaling pathway in disc degeneration and traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of intervertebral disc degeneration.Methods The related literature published in recent years was consulted,and the role of NF-κB signaling pathway in the treatment of intervertebral disc degeneration and related Chinese medicines was summarized by studying the NF-κB signaling pathway,intervertebral disc degeneration and related data of TCM treatment.Results The degeneration of the intervertebral disc was mainly reflected in the decrease of the number of nucleus pulposus cells and the unbalanced extracellular matrix metabolism.Factors such as inflammatory cytokines and oxidative stress can accelerate the degeneration of the intervertebral disc by activating the NF-κB signaling pathway.Chinese herbal medicine for tonifying kidney and activating blood circulation can inhibit NF-κB signaling pathway to reduce inflammatory response and oxidative stress response,so as to protect nucleus pulposus cells and extracellular matrix and delay intervertebral disc degeneration.Conclusion The activation of the NF-κB signaling pathway will accelerate the degeneration of the intervertebral disc,and the Chinese herbal medicine for tonifying kidney and activating bloodcirculation can alleviate the degeneration of the intervertebral disc by inhibiting the NF-κB signaling pathway.However,the current research still has certain limitations,and it is necessary to carry outin-depth related experiments and clinical researches to make basic and clinical preparations for the precise treatment of intervertebral disc degeneration.
