摘要
目前对降解亚硝酸盐菌种研究最多的为乳酸菌,造成在亚硝酸盐降解方面菌种的研究力度不高。为挖掘降解亚硝酸盐菌种的物种丰度及利用度,利用高通量测序技术对具有降解亚硝酸盐能力的两个菌群进行分析。结果展现了两个菌群的微生物多样性、KEGG代谢途径及COG功能。在属等级上,菌群FXH1包括10个属,BFXH2包括8个属。在BFXH2中,芽孢杆菌属(Bacillus)所占相对丰度最大,为56.4%,从中选取编号为“8”的菌株进行NCBI比对鉴定,为芽孢杆菌属(Bacillus)。鉴定结果与高通量测序结果一致,同时测定该菌对亚硝酸盐的降解率为99.7%。该种筛选策略不仅可以大大提高对亚硝酸盐降解菌种资源的利用,减少目的菌种的鉴定时间,而且还可进一步了解其应用前景,大大提高了选菌及鉴定的效率。
At present,most of the research on nitrite-degrading bacteria are lactic acid bacteria,resulting in the low research intensity on nitrite-degrading bacteria.In order to explore the species abundance and utilization of nitrite-degrading bacteria,high-throughput sequencing technique is used to analyze two floras with the ability of degrading nitrite.The results show the microbial diversity,KEGG metabolic pathway and COG function of the two floras.At the genus level,the flora FXH1 includes 10 genera and the flora BFXH2 includes 8 genera.In BFXH2,the relative abundance of Bacillus is the largest,accounting for 56.4%.The strain numbered“8”from BFXH2 is identified as Bacillus by NCBI comparison.The identification results are consistent with the results of high-throughput sequencing,and the nitrite degradation rate of the bacteria is 99.7%.This screening strategy can not only greatly improve the utilization of nitrite-degrading bacteria resources,reduce the identification time of target strains,but also further understand its application prospect,and greatly improve the efficiency of selection of strains and identification.
